Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of the Complete Longview Spray Foam Insulation website and any work our crew does at your home or building. By using the site, asking for an estimate or booking a job with us, you agree to them.
If a written estimate or contract we give you for a specific job says something different from this page, the written estimate or contract controls for that job. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site or book work with us.
What we do
We're an insulation contractor in Longview, TX, working in homes and commercial buildings in Longview and the cities around it. Our work includes attic insulation, blown-in insulation, spray foam, air sealing, crawl space insulation and vapor barriers, and removing old insulation. You can read more about the company on our About page, and the home page lists the services and cities we cover.
What's on this website is general information to help you understand the work. It isn't a quote and it isn't advice for your particular house, because every attic, wall and crawl space is different until we've seen it.
Estimates and pricing
We give free estimates at your property, with no obligation to hire us. Your estimate is based on what we can see and measure on the visit, such as the size of the space, what's already up there, how easy it is to reach and the material you choose.
Some things only show up once the job is open, like old insulation that was soaked or full of droppings, gaps hidden under existing material or damage in the framing. If we find something like that, we'll stop and tell you what we found and what it changes before doing any work outside the estimate, and we won't charge for extra work you haven't approved.
An estimate is good for the period written on it. After that, material costs and our schedule may have changed, so we may need to update it.
Scheduling, access and cancellation
We'll set a start date with you once you accept the estimate. Weather, material deliveries and conditions at the house can push a date, and if that happens we'll let you know as soon as we do and set a new time.
You agree to give our crew safe access to the work area and to let us know about pets, known roof leaks, electrical problems or anything else in the space we should know before we go in. Some products, spray foam especially, mean people and pets need to stay out for a while after we finish, so please follow the re-entry time our crew gives you, which is when it's safe to come back inside.
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, call us at (903) 309-1886 or reach us through the contact page as early as you can. If materials were ordered or prepared for your job, your written estimate or contract will say how those costs are handled.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and when the balance is due, are written on your estimate or contract. Unless that document says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is finished.
If a payment is late, we may pause further work until the account is brought current. You're responsible for reasonable costs of collecting an unpaid balance where Texas law allows it.
Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover
We stand behind our work and guarantee your satisfaction with it. If something isn't right with the job we did, call us and we'll come back and look at it.
Any written warranty for your job is the one stated in your contract. Insulation products carry their own warranties from the companies that make them, and those come from the maker, not from us.
Our guarantee doesn't cover damage from things outside our work, such as roof leaks, plumbing leaks, pests, storms, changes or repairs other people make to the area later, or a problem in the house that existed before we started and was outside the job. We don't promise a specific drop in your power bill or a specific temperature in any room, because those depend on the whole house, your HVAC system and how you use it.
Limits on our liability
We're licensed and fully insured, and we're responsible for the work we agree to do. To the extent Texas law allows, our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost use of a room, lost rent or business income, or increased energy costs. Nothing on this page limits a right you have that Texas law doesn't allow us to limit.
Using this website
The text, photos and design on this site belong to Complete Longview Spray Foam Insulation, and you may not copy them for commercial use without our permission. We work to keep the information accurate, but we don't promise it's complete or current, and you use the site at your own risk.
Links to other websites are there for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what they say or do.
If we disagree
If you have a problem with our work or a bill, call us first at (903) 309-1886 or write to us through the contact page. Most problems get settled faster that way, and we'll try in good faith to make it right.
If we can't settle it directly, either of us may take the matter to a court in the Texas county where the work was done. Each of us is free to suggest mediation, a meeting with a neutral person who helps both sides reach an agreement, before going to court.
Which law applies
These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one in effect. Changes don't affect a job already covered by a signed estimate or contract unless we both agree in writing.
If you have a question about these terms, reach us through the contact page or call (903) 309-1886.
